Surcharge:
- High Season Surcharge : 1 July - 15 September (US$ 15.00)
- Peak Season Surcharge : 20 December - 6 January (US$ 25.00)
- All Rates are based one per room per night including govermment tax & service charge and daily breakfast for two persons
- 50% off rate for day use until 18.00 pm
- one time (10 minutes) free massage in spa for two persons during their stay and welcome drink
- standard Occupancy : 2 Persons in each bedroom
- Infat / Child Age : Infant : 0 - 5 years old. Child : 6 - 10 years old
- Family Plan : Maximum 1 Children sharing in the same bed with parents is complimentary (Excluded breakfast).
- Additional breakfast for adult will be charge at USD 10.00 nett/pax/day
- Concellation less than 7 days in low season, 14 days in high season and 21 days in peak season before arrival date
- No Show will incure 1 Night room charge. No refunds for guest check out earlier than booking arrangement
- Compulsory Dinner : USD 80.00 nett/person for New Year Eve Dinner (50% off for children)
