  • Peak Season Surcharge : 20 December - 5 January (US$ 25.00)
  • All Rates are based one per room per night including govermment tax & service charge and daily breakfast for two persons
  • 50% off rate for day use until 18.00
  • one time (10 minutes) free massage in spa for two persons during their stay and welcome drink
  • standard Occupancy : 2 Persons in each bedroom
  • Infant / Child Age : Infant : 0 - 5 years old. Child : 6 - 10 years old.
  • Family Plan : Maximum 1 Children sharing in the same bed with parents is complimentary (Excluded breakfast).
  • Additional breakfast for adult will be charge at USD 12.00 nett/pax/day. Additional breakfast for children 6 - 10 years old is 50% off.
  • Concellation less than 14 days in low season, 21 days in high season and 30 days in peak season before arrival date
  • No Show will incure 1 full room charge. No refunds for guest check out earlier than booking arrangement
  • Compulsory Dinner : USD 90.00 nett/person for New Year Eve Dinner (50% off for children)
